CIRCOR has agreed to acquire Italy's Green Silence Group, a manufacturer of hydraulic pumps and electric motors. The transaction gives CIRCOR additional industrial technology and manufacturing capabilities. HPC can source specialist engineering, pumps, machinery and industrial component manufacturers for strategic buyers and private equity investors.
